City Council > Bylaws
WEYBURN is a great place to live and work. We have most of the benefits of much larger cities without the detriments. As residents, we can be proud of our many civic achievements including the ongoing development of pleasant and attractive neighbourhoods.
Of course, what one resident does in a City has an impact on his or her neighbours. Most residents act with courtesy and responsibility; however, guidelines should exist and standards should be set which allow all residents a degree of predictability in determining the types of activities or developments which may take place around them. For this reason, the City of Weyburn has a number of bylaws and regulations which residents should be aware of.
Keep in mind that the bylaws contained on our website are just an overview, not legal text. It is subject to change and is for information purposes only. If you would like copies of actual bylaws, contact the City Manager's office at (306) 848-3209.
We recommend that, in all cases, you contact the appropriate department for additional or up-to-date information. City Departments, their phone numbers and E-Mail addresses are also published in this website.
