The April utility bill provided by the City of Weyburn is an actual reading calculating your usage back to September, 2017. This is why you will notice a higher number of water consumption appearing on this bill.
As a result of the estimated readings since September; you will see an adjustment on this bill of either an overage in payment, or an underestimate in payment. This information will appear at the top of your Account Details. The actual reading from your new meter appears underneath. Moving forward all meter readings will be actual.
We hope to have the Water Tracking App available to residents by June, and will be sure to notify everyone as soon as it is operational.
