May 16, 2025
A Canada Post strike could begin as early as May 22, 2025. While a disruption has not yet been confirmed, the City of Weyburn is closely monitoring the situation and taking proactive steps to ensure minimum disruption. In the event of a postal service disruption, mail deliveries will be delayed.
As a reminder, even with the Canada Post disruption, you remain responsible to keep your account(s) in good standing order, to avoid any service interruptions.
Here’s what you need to know and how to stay prepared.
Invoice delivery:
To avoid any disruption in receiving your invoice(s), please sign up for ebilling. This request can be made by emailing finance@weyburn.ca or calling (306)848-3201.
Disconnection notices:
If your account is subject to disconnection due to lack of payment, the City of Weyburn will contact you via the information on your account, either by email, text message or phone call.
