DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, June 12\n9 a.m. – 3 p.m.\nPublic Works roundhouse\nTo help residents dispose of household hazardous wastes\, the City of Weyburn will host its annual Household Hazardous Waste Day event on Saturday\, June 12\, 2021 at the Public Works roundhouse located at 55 16th St. NE. \nThis is a great way to safely dispose of household chemicals\, light bulbs\, batteries\, medications and other hazardous items. Materials will be recycled and disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. \nIMPORTANT – A piece of identification with proof of address will be required for anyone disposing of waste at the roundhouse.\nCheck out the poster below to see what items are acceptable and what not to bring. Please contact the Engineering Department at (306) 848-3230 with any questions about acceptable items.
