Communications and Public Relations

The City of Weyburn communications department’s mission is to provide communication services that ensure the public, employees and media have a clear understanding of City of Weyburn polices, priorities and programs.

The goal is to assist the Mayor, members of Council and City departments to inform the public about City business activities, programs, services and emerging issues of interest and encourage civic participation in municipal government. This is accomplished through internal and external communications strategies.

All media releases and queries are managed by the City of Weyburn communications department.
