The purpose of this bylaw is to provide for the proper maintenance of property and the abatement of nuisances, including property of things that affect the safety, health and welfare of people in the neighbourhoods or affect the amenity of a neighbourhood.
The owner of a property, including land, buildings and structures shall be responsible for carrying out provisions of Bylaw 2004.3021.

- Habitable Environments
