Hours of Operation Notice

Due to extreme wind damage, the Weyburn Landfill will has reopened with reduced hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. These hours will remain in effect until further notice.

No loads will be accepted after 3 p.m.

We apologize for this inconvenience and thank the public for their cooperation and understanding as our crews work to repair damages at the landfill.

Owned and operated by the City of Weyburn, the landfill is an key part of the City’s environmentally responsible approach to waste management. Learn more about landfill hours of operation, acceptable materials and applicable fees.

Gate will be open during hours below for public drop-off. NO delivery shall be made except during the hours of operation as shown.

Summer Hours of Operation (April 1 – Oct. 31)

Weekdays: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Weekends & statutory holidays: 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
(Closed Good Friday & Easter Sunday)

Winter Hours of Operation (Nov. 1 – March 31)

Weekdays: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
(Closed Sundays, Statutory Holidays & Boxing Day)

WOOD PILE (CHARGES APPLY)
– Clean lumber (no paint/varnish)
– Trees (cut up)

– Branches (all sizes)
