Located at 403 Confederation Drive

The City of Weyburn is proud to offer tourists and locals wonderful amenities at River Park Campground!

Set along the banks of the Souris River just south of Highway 39, River Park is the jewel of Weyburn’s Park System with its mature shade trees and beautifully manicured grounds.

There are 28 double wide sites serviced with water and both 15 and 30 amp electrical in addition to tenting areas.  The park has numerous picnic and barbecue areas, perfect for large gatherings.

Across the parkway is the River Park Spray Park, as well as a nine basket disc golf course for visitors to enjoy. Be sure to check out the winding Tatagwa Trail that will take you on scenic view of this beautiful park and all it has to offer.

Conditions of Use
Rules and Regulations

All campers must have a reservation and pay camping fees prior to camping.

  • To make a reservation and to see site availability, please visit weyburn.ca/river-park-campground
  • Attendant is on duty 8-10:30 a.m. and 5-8 p.m., seven (7) days per week.
  • Drive-ins without a reservation may be required to move.
  • Please drive slowly
  • No littering, large garbage bin located at entrance of park near sewer dumping station.
  • Clean up after pets
  • A maximum of one RV unit per site. One RV plus one tent or three (3) tents only is acceptable. Maximum of six (6) people per campsite.
  • Camping Fees are $35/night for power and water services and $20/night for non-serviced overflow area and for tenting on grassy areas.
  • Please, no vehicle traffic or parking on grass, additional parking available in overflow parking lot.
  • The maximum duration of stay is 14 nights. Those seeking long term accommodation can consult for information on other area campgrounds.
  • Quiet time begins 11 p.m. If a disturbance occurs or in case of emergency, please call Weyburn City Police at (306) 848-3250. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises. Please be considerate.
  • Only registered guests allowed in the campground after 11 p.m.
  • Registered guests are permitted alcohol within confines of their campsite. Alcohol is prohibited in all other areas of the park.
  • Open fires are not permitted. Supplied fire pits must be used. The City of Weyburn does not supply firewood.
  • Please direct any other questions or concerns to the Attendant.
  • To report problems after 8 p.m., please call after hours (306) 848-3290.
Cancellation Policy
  • All eligible refunds will be charged a $17.00 cancellation fee.
  • Absolutely NO refunds will be given for cancellations that occur for stays booked on long weekends in May, July, and August regardless of the notice given. 
  • No refunds given for early checkout or weather conditions.
  • No refunds given due to eviction from the park.

How to make an account

Set up an account quickly and easily by following the steps below:

  1. Visit City of Weyburn Xplor Recreation
  2. Click ‘Signup’
  3. Complete your information including name/address, contact information, personal information, email address. There are mandatory fields including your date of birth and email address that are required to complete the account setup.
  4. Click submit button
  5. A temporary password will be sent to your email address (check your junk mail)
  6. Login to Xplor to access to your account
  7. Go to ‘Rent Facility’ and select River Park Campground Rentals

Gazebo Rentals

gazeboThe River Park Gazebo is a great place to host outdoor events of most sizes. Set along the banks of the Souris River just south of Highway 39, River Park is the jewel of Weyburn’s Park System with its mature shade trees and beautifully manicured grounds. The gazebo is available for use by groups and individuals at no cost. However, in order to ensure it is available on specific date a reservation must be made by visiting City of Weyburn Xplor Recreation. 

A $25.00 booking fee will be charged to all users wanting to reserve the facility for any function.  To make an account, please refer to “how to make an account” drop down.
