E-billing
The City of Weyburn now offers eBilling on utility accounts. eBilling is a convenient way to get your monthly utility bill emailed directly to you. It’s free and easy to use!
By signing up for eBilling you are doing your part to reduce the environmental impact of paper billing.
For more info or to sign up, email utility@weyburn.ca with your name, property address, utility account number, and phone number (please specify home or cell).
EyeOnWater App
With this app you will be able to view and monitor your daily and weekly water usage, and be alerted when a leak has been detected.
Follow these simple steps to create an EyeOnWater account and access your water usage information online. When creating your account you will be asked to enter your utility billing account number; please be sure to include the dashes (001-0001234-123).

UB Notify
The City of Weyburn has a utility bill text reminder program that alerts residents about their utility account. Account holders signed up will receive text messages such as:
- Past due accounts and amount owing
- Shut off notices if payment is not made
