WEYBURN – The 2019 property assessment notices were mailed on May 30 to City of Weyburn residents.
The assessment roll is now open for inspection until July 2, 2019 and can be viewed at City Hall during regular office hours (Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
If residents disagrees with their assessed values or wish to file an appeal due to an error in the assessment, the deadline to do so is Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 4:30 p.m.
You can appeal your assessment against one of the following:
- Assessment valuation (value of the land, value of the improvements (buildings), or both
- Assessment classification (land classification, or improvement classification, or both classifications)
- Errors in the content or preparation of the assessment roll
- Errors in the content or preparation of the assessment notice
Appeals must be filed with the Board of Revision to:
