WEYBURN – Residents in the Weyburn and surrounding area are invited to attend a come-and-go information session Tuesday, October 29, 2019 to discuss options and offer feedback for corridor improvement on two projects in the Weyburn area. This information session will be held at the Weyburn Curling club (Adjacent to Crescent Point Place – 327 Mergens St.).
The Highway 6/39 North Corridor Improvements include safety and capacity improvements to the highway between Regina and Weyburn.
The Weyburn Region Transportation Study is being conducted to develop a road network plan that can safely and efficiently handle the traffic that will be generated by regional growth and development.
Feedback is important and always welcome.
Transportation engineers from the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure, SNC-Lavalin, Stantec and WSP will be in attendance to listen to comments and answer any questions you may have.
