WEYBURN – Basal spraying for Dutch Elm Disease will begin in the northwest area of the City Tuesday, September 22, weather permitting.
This will include 1st Avenue NW to 3rd Avenue NW; Scott Crescent to Elgin Street and Saskatchewan Drive.
