Due to the demolition of the Soo Theatre, the east side of 3rd St. NE, and east parking lane behind the theatre, will be closed to traffic starting Monday.
This work is anticipated to take up to 20 days, weather permitting.
Local traffic only for the duration of the closure; please avoid the area if possible.
