Please be advised that there will be shoulder and parking lane restrictions on the following roads: 

1^st Avenue NE (King Street to 6^th Street)  
Railway Avenue (Government Road to 11^th Street)
Windsor Street (1^st Avenue NE to Woodlawn Crescent)
Maple Street (Windsor Street alley to 5^th Street intersection)
4^th Street (1^st Avenue to Prairie Avenue)
Souris Ave (Government Road to 3^rd Street)
