The air quality conditions in Weyburn have continued to deteriorate and as a result, the outdoor pool will remain closed for remainder of programming on June 10.
We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we continue to monitor air quality for safety of staff and patrons.

The Weyburn Leisure Centre will reopen as of 3:30 p.m. on June 10 for scheduled programming, including swimming lessons, user group activities and evening lap swim.
Please note: Air quality conditions can change rapidly. In accordance with safety protocols, the facility may close again with little notice.
If you arrive and the pool is not open, we appreciate your understanding as we prioritize public health and safety.

Due to an air quality advisory in effect for Weyburn, the Weyburn Leisure Centre outdoor pool is closed as of 10:30 a.m. on June 10.
- Noon lap swim is cancelled.
- Air quality will be reassessed this afternoon, with an update on the remainder of Tuesday’s programming.
- If you’re having difficulty breathing, call 911 immediately.
This closure is in accordance with City of Weyburn safety policy, which prioritizes the health and well-being of residents and staff.
Residents are advised to limit outdoor activity, particularly in public spaces such as parks, trails, and green spaces.
