Construction season is underway in Weyburn and residents can expect daily traffic restrictions, temporary closures, and delays as crews complete road, utility, and infrastructure work throughout the community.
Please slow down near work zones, obey all traffic signage and detours. Use alternate routes when possible. Do not use back alleys as detour routes.

Bannerman Ave.
Due to road repairs, Bannerman Ave. will be restricted to local traffic only from 1st Ave. NE.
Northend of Bannerman Ave. near 2nd St. NW will be fully closed to traffic and barricaded.
Drivers are asked to follow posted signage and use alternate routes where possible.
This work is expected to be complete by Friday, May 29 (weather and work conditions pending).
Weyburn Airport
The City of Weyburn has issued a NOTAM for the Weyburn Airport due to fog sealing on the main runway starting 8 a.m. Wednesday, May 27 until 6 p.m. Friday, May 29.
