Starting at 8 a.m., Railway Ave. will be closed to traffic so crews can complete road work due to a water main break.
Water services have been restored to surrounding businesses.

The water main break on Railway Ave. has been repaired.
Traffic restrictions remain in place for westbound traffic between 3rd St. and 4th St. Eastbound lane is fully open to traffic.
Drivers are asked to use caution, watch for crews and take an alternate route when possible.
The City thanks nearby businesses and residents for their patience and understanding.
