A Canada Day flag ceremony led by the Royal Canadian Legion – Branch 47 Colour Guard will take place July 1 on the Weyburn Leisure Centre outdoor grounds starting at 10 a.m.

Event capacity is up to 150 people on a first come, first serve basis and patrons must check-in at the WLC front desk upon arrival.

First of three public swim times on July 1 will follow the ceremony around 10:30 a.m.; registration is required and more details can be found on the City of Weyburn website.

The firework event will take place at dusk, approximately 10:30 p.m., at the Exhibition Grounds accessible off Mergens St. More details on the City website.
