A public mural creation event will be held on Sept. 29 at the Credit Union Spark Centre multi-purpose rooms starting at 7 p.m.

The painting will be of a medicine wheel, a sacred symbol reflects values, world views, and practices, and is used by many Aboriginal peoples today.

Pieces of the public mural painting will be joined with paintings by Weyburn elementary school students. Four murals will be on display at the Credit Union Spark Centre, Legacy Park Elementary School, Assiniboia Park Elementary School and St. Michael School.
