My family moved to Weyburn in 2016. As a council member I can offer the perspective of a newcomer to the city. Weyburn is a growing city, I want to focus on the qualities and services newcomers look for when settling down roots.
As a parent, I sympathize with the frustrations of familie especially our children as we cope with the impact Covid has had on our lives.
I want to work on ways our city can lessen the impact future events like this have on our community. I am very interested in healthcare services. The long awaited hospital is exciting news for our city, however there is growing concern our community is facing a critical healthcare services shortage.
I plan to look at ways we can retain Doctors as well as expand access to services.
