Reduced hours for City of Weyburn facilities during Christmas holidays
WEYBURN – The City of Weyburn would like to advise residents of its hour of operation for services provided during the holiday season:
City Hall: Closed Dec. 24, 25, 26 and Jan. 1.
Landfill/Public Works and Parks: Closed Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1.
Signal Hill Arts Centre: Closed Dec. 25, 26, 31 and Jan. 1.
Weyburn Leisure Centre: Open Dec. 24 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. and closed on Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1. A free public swim will be held on Dec. 31 from 1-5 p.m.
Crescent Point Place and Tom Zandee Sports Arenas: Public skates will be held Dec. 24 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. and Dec. 31 from 1-5 p.m. The rinks will be closed Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1.
Refuse and Recycling Collection: There is no collection Dec. 25 and 26. Weekly garbage collection will return from Dec. 24 – Jan. 4 to compensate for the extra holiday refuse. Please view the refuse and recycling 2018 and 2019 collection calendars to check which dates your pickup is scheduled for.
