The rail crossing at Government Rd. will remain closed through May 7 due to ongoing CPKC rail work and City road repairs.
- No access to or from Hwy 39 via Government Rd. as intersection remains fully closed.
- Highway detours remain in place until further notice — follow posted signage.
- Local detours for access to area businesses within the work zone also remain in effect.
Avoid the area where possible and obey all signage and detours.
Project updates will be shared end of day May 7. Thank you for your continued patience as this important infrastructure work is completed.
