Due to water service repairs, Windsor St. will be closed to traffic from 1st Ave. NE to Ash Dr. on Monday, Sept. 21.
There will be no northbound access from 1st Ave. NE. Local traffic only can access Windsor St. southbound from Douglas Rd.
Residents on Windsor St. and Woodlawn Cres. affected by the water shutoff have been notified by mail.
