Councillor Bailey moved to Weyburn in the fall of 1966 and although he left briefly for 2 years he has been self-employed in Weyburn since 1977. Bailey spent 30 years in construction and has been in real-estate for the last 13 years.
Bailey and his wife raised two children in Weyburn who have since grown-up and chosen to live and raise their own children in our fair city. Councillor Bailey loves fishing and at one time helped operate a fishing camp up north where, as a pilot, he also transported people.
As a city councillor, Bailey hopes to help Weyburn grow by bringing in new businesses and people.
