City looking for public input on strategic objectives, municipal budget

From May 29 to June 16, an online survey will be available through the City’s website intended for residents and business owners in Weyburn.

Advance polls will be held this week for anyone who cannot make the May 31 poll from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the Credit Union Spark Centre.

Join the City of Weyburn and participate in Wey-Clean Week to show your concern for the environment and clean up our community.

Voting will take place on May 31 from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. at Credit Union Spark Centre (540 5th St. NE).

The list of candidates has been released for the May 31 by-election.

On Friday evening, a candlelight ceremony will be held at 5:30 p.m. at Tommy Douglas Centre to honour the 39 workers killed in Saskatchewan in 2022.

If you prefer to vote by mail, eligible electors can apply to vote by mail-in ballot.

Nominations of candidates for the office of councillor for the City of Weyburn open April 11 and close April 26.
