ROAD CLOSURE – 2nd St. – May 11-19
400 Block of 2nd Street from 1st Ave NE to Prairie Avenue will be closed; access will be limited to local traffic only.
NO PARKING – Water St. – May 8
Vehicles must be removed from Water St. by Friday morning. Signage will be posted in the area until work is complete.
Emergency Preparedness Week May 3-9 reminds Weyburn residents to be ready
Although emergencies are unpredictable, preparing for emergencies doesn’t have to be complicated. The City of Weyburn encourages the community to take time this week to “Be Prepared. Know Your Risks.”
$1.4 Million investment moves Weyburn road improvements forward
City Council awarded the contract to Genco Asphalt Inc. at its regular meeting on April 27. The work is part of the City’s annual Infrastructure Revitalization Program (IRP).
ROAD CLOSURE – Railway Ave. – April 28-29
No through traffic will be permitted on Railway Ave. between Government Rd. and 2nd St. due to road work. Use alternate routes.

Work will take place between Government Rd. and 6th St., and will be completed in phases over the coming weeks.
