Government of Saskatchewan and City of Weyburn To Invest In Highway 35
Saskatchewan Highways Minister David Marit and Weyburn Mayor Jeff Richards announced the provincial government and the city are partnering to improve Highway 35.
TRAFFIC NOTICE – 1st Ave. NE & 3rd St. NE – June 6
Lane restrictions on 1st Ave NE (4th St – 6th St) and no thru traffic on 3rd St NE (Souris Ave – Coteau Ave).
Help reduce water use starting June 13 during planned upgrades
To ensure we can continue to meet daily water needs during this period, residents and businesses are asked to reduce non-essential water use.
TRAFFIC DETOUR – Hwy 13 & 39 – June 10
Significant traffic detours will come into effect on Tuesday, June 10 as part of the ongoing Hwy 13/39 Renewal Project in Weyburn.
UPDATE: ROAD CLOSURE – Government Rd. – Extended to June 6
Government Rd. will be closed to all traffic from Hwy 39 to Souris Ave. No access from Railway Ave. onto Government Rd. Detours in place for area business access.
TRAFFIC ADVISORY – Hwy 35 N – May 28
Surveyor will be conducting work along Hwy 35 North on Wednesday. Watch for the slow-moving construction vehicle and proceed with caution.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS – King St. – May 15
Due to utility line flushing, northbound traffic lane will be closed on King St. Southbound traffic is permitted. No parking allowed.
UPDATE: ROAD CLOSURE – Railway Ave. – May 13-15
Due to road construction, Railway Ave. will be closed between 10th St. and 11th St.
