Leaves, yard waste and garden waste are accepted in the curbside garbage bin but items must be bagged or bundled and tied; loose items are prohibited under the Refuse Bylaw No. 2018-3391.

Queen St. water station closed for winter season

The City of Weyburn’s seasonal coin operated water station, located on Queen St., is closed as of Nov. 4, 2022, and will reopen in the spring/summer of 2023.

UPDATE: TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS – Railway Ave. – Oct. 18

2nd St. is closed from Souris Ave. to Railway Ave. starting Sept. 28. Railway Ave. (from Government Rd. to 3rd St.) remains open with traffic restricted in the westbound lane.

UPDATE: 16th St. water station open with temporary hose access

The City of Weyburn’s 16th St. potable water station will be closed Oct. 11-17 due to upgrades. This closure could last longer than Oct. 17, due to the scope of the project and weather permitting.
